How do I apply a discount code?
After clicking the Checkout button, you will see the Discount Code field below the items you are planning to purchase. Once you add the code, click the Apply button to the right. Your discount will be applied.
Please be sure to add the discount code before processing your payment.
Will I receive a notification when my order is shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email at the email address provided when ordering.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can track the status of your order. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partner, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of the shipment.
Can I use my own designs on the products?
We do not currently offer the option for customers to use their own designs on our products. We have carefully curated a collection of unique and stylish designs that align with the vision of Confident Connotations.
How are shipping costs and delivery times determined? Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by our fulfillment partner. They calculate shipping rates based on the destination country, shipping method, and the weight of the package. The estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the customer's location. You will receive the tracking information and status of your orders via email.
